Citrine Home & Office Care Contract

1. Terms of Service

1.1 Scope of Services: Citrine Home & Office Care agrees to provide cleaning services as outlined in the service agreement. Services include, but are not limited to, residential and commercial cleaning, as well as any additional services requested by the client and agreed upon by Citrine Home & Office Care.

1.2 Service Schedule: Services will be provided on the agreed-upon schedule. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

1.3 Payment Terms: Payment for services is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, and electronic transfer.

 

2. No-Shows and Cancellations

2.1 No-Shows: If the client is not present at the scheduled time of service and has not provided prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. A no-show fee of $50 will be charged.

2.2 Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged, with the exception of extenuating circumstances.

 

3. Right to Refuse Service

3.1 Unsafe Conditions: Citrine Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe for our staff.

3.2 Inappropriate Behavior: Citrine Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse service if the client or anyone on the premises exhibits inappropriate behavior towards our staff.

 

4. Liability

4.1 Damage: Citrine Cleaning Services will take reasonable care to avoid damage to the client's property. In the event of accidental damage, Citrine Home & Office will cover the cost of repair or replacement up to a maximum of $75 with proof of damage. Please note that this statutes the 'trust' system and that Citrine Home & Office Care honors your personal belongings and would never do intentional harm as such.

4.2 Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for securing any valuable or fragile items before the service. Citrine Home & Office Care is not liable for any loss or damage to unsecured items.

 

5. Confidentiality

5.1 Client Information: Citrine Home & Office Care will keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to any third parties without the client's consent.

 

6. Governing Law

6.1 Jurisdiction: This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada.
